Am I in this body or is this body mine?
What first develops in the embryo? The body...if it is so, then the whole body is formed first, then the senses, pulses come later...but it is not so...the mind is formed first...and everything is made of the mind...this Mind. It is very subtle... This mind that we see is not the brain... This mind is the sum of all existence... That's why Buddha has said that all that exists is this mind which is the cause of suffering in the world. There is a reason and its remedy is from the mind.
In computer parlance, body means hardware... that can be touched... can be held... can be seen... and mind is invisible software that can control everything like anger, love, kindness, compassion. Emotions are the sum. , apologies etc... that can be seen. No... can't be caught, but can feel its movement while on screen. Anger can be felt on the face.
Both hardware and software are connected. If there is hardware but the system does not start, the OS is not, then that hardware is considered empty.
The system boots when the software is installed. If either of the two fails, the computer will not work.
The whole existence is very closely related to each other... the world works in relation to each other. Birth-death...victory-lose...happy-sadness...hope-disappointment...love-fear...all these are intertwined.
I am in this body i.e. the experience of being alive... and when we say that this body is mine, we mean ownership. It is proved that we own it, but our emotions, anger, impulses, sexuality are often out of our control. When things happen, we are not the owner... the owner has complete control over the object, so This body is mine. cannot be said.
All that we see and know is only external things and the people around us.
We cannot say that we have complete control over them, we see the world with our own eyes, but what control do we have over this world?
To some extent it can be said that I am in this body but this is also not the absolute truth.
