How do you do Kegel exercises?

Kegel exercises should be done by men and women of all ages because with age, weakness in the muscles of the uterus, bladder and large intestines is common and people who do Kegel exercises regularly, they have to face this problem less.

To do Kegel exercises properly, it is very important for you to know which muscles you actually have to exercise.

Think of it like this, imagine that you are urinating and you have to stop it in the middle, then you have to exercise the same muscles that you used in doing so. The next time you go to urinate, hold it 5-7 times and then start again, you will understand which muscle I am talking about.

After understanding which muscle to exercise in this manner, you lie down in a comfortable position and then tighten these muscles for 4 to 5 seconds and then release it for 4 to 5 seconds. Do this for 10 times twice a day. Keep in mind that while exercising, you are relaxed and breathing continuously.



If the exercise seems easy, then do not try to do it excessively because it can cause problems for you.
